Sri Lanka has been temporarily ineligible for the eVisa since 12 August 2026 and correctly resolves to the embassy catch-all. The group-tour route for Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam and the TAITRA business route for Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Iran, Nepal and Pakistan are intermediary-gated, so they are not modelled as buckets.

- Türkiye: only ordinary and special passport holders are eligible.
- Colombia: applicants must hold a valid Schengen visa or residence permit, or a US residence permit or a US visa valid for more than 180 days.
- Armenia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan: between 31 March 2026 and 31 March 2027, applicants must hold a valid Schengen visa or residence permit, or a US residence permit or a US visa valid for more than 180 days.
- Armenia, Colombia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan: the residence-permit condition is waived for people invited by a Taiwanese central government agency or attending an event it organises or sponsors, where the agency obtains an Ecode from the Bureau of Consular Affairs.
