Privacy
The short version: we keep this simple and collect as little as possible.
GoMate is an information site. You can read every guide here without an account, without logging in, and without us building a profile of you. We don't sell data, we don't run ad-tracking networks, and we don't follow you around the web.
Counting visits
To understand which guides are useful, we keep a simple, privacy-friendly count of page visits — how many times a page was viewed and roughly how many people visited, along with a general country (e.g. "UK" or "Germany"). It's measured without cookies and without storing anything that identifies you personally: no names, no email, no IP addresses kept, no cross-site tracking. It's the digital equivalent of a tally on the wall, not a file with your name on it.
If you join the newsletter
If you choose to sign up for our newsletter, we store the email address you give us so we can send you the digest. That's handled by our email provider, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email — which removes you for good. We won't use your email for anything else.
Questions
If you ever want to know what we hold about you, or want something removed, just email [email protected] and we'll sort it out. If we ever change how any of this works, we'll update this page.
